Chelsea to offload 15 players

According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Enzo Maresca has drafted 15 players who are not in his plans and would be allowed to leave either on loan or permanent sale.

The Blues have already sold João Felix to Al-Nassr, sold Mathis Amougou to Strasbourg, and loaned Mike Penders, Kendry Paez and Mamadou Sarr to the same club.

Former Barcelona youngster Marc Guiu will join newly-promoted Premier League side Sunderland on a season-long loan after English attacker Noni Madueke joined Arsenal.

The club are still willing to sell Renato Veiga, Axel Disasi, Christopher Nkunku, Ben Chilwell, Lesley Ugochukwu, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Carney Chukwuemeka, Raheem Sterling, Armando Broja and David Datro Fofana, amongst others.

According to Chelsea's official website, Nkunku scored 14 goals last season, the second highest at the club, but is willing to leave to get regular minutes ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson is one of those who could leave for the right offer, though the former Villarreal star is keen to stay and fight for his place.

Benoit Badiashile is another player who could leave, though Maresca sees him as part of his plan, and the Frenchman is happy to play second fiddle to Levi Colwill.

Chelsea have already signed Liam Delap, João Pedro and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens to fortify their attack ahead of next season and have eyes on other targets, including Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.

According to The Athletic, Dutch youngster Jorrel Hatp will join from Ajax in a deal worth over €40 million. The versatile defender is expected to back up Marc Cucurella at left-back and fill in at centre-back when needed.
