FCT, Abuja - Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, said the North West and the South West regions have the highest beneficiaries of political appointments under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
Senator Sani said the two regions also have the highest projects under the current administration.

He accused those who said the ‘North’ is disfavoured against the ‘South’ in Tinubu’s government are deliberately distorting this reality.

It's concerning to hear Governor Kwankwaso on the alleged distorted information about the PBAT project development, especially after his recent meeting with the President. It seems he's trying to gain attention with people he must not negotiate away when the trading starts.

President Tinubu announces new appointment
Earlier, Legit.ng reported that President Tinubu approved the appointment of retired Air Vice Marshal Saddiq Kaita as Bayero University's governing council chairman.
Kaita is a former director of strategy at the defence headquarters (DHQ) and ex-chief of defence transformation and innovation.
Kaita replaces Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 Kano state governorship election.
