Why ADC should zone 2027 presidency to southeast

The LP chieftain said the ADC should present Obi as its consensus candidate and see President Tinubu defeated in 2027.

Okon said the handwriting on the wall shows that Obi is the man who can deliver victory for the ADC.

“I will consider that a classical disaster. In my opinion, it is of no use throwing the contest open when you have already read the handwriting on the wall.
“Let the coalition unanimously present a consensus candidate by giving the ticket to His Excellency Peter Obi, and that will mark the end of Tinubu's tenure.

Peter Obi still Labour Party member?

Okon said Obi as a LP member is free to associate with the ADDC without becoming a member until he is convinced to do so.

"He is still a member of the Labour Party and will remain so till further notice. He is with the coalition but not a member of the ADC. One can associate without becoming a member until he is finally convinced to become a member."
