Catholic Abinci Alheri Hausa Hymn
A check on the lady's TikTok page shows that the lady fully identifies as a Catholic on her page, sharing hymn singing sessions.
In one of her clips, she demonstrated that she loved Abinci Alheri Hausa language communion hymn. She sang along to the hymn.
Who wrote Abinci Alheri?
The Hausa hymn was written by Jude Chika Nnam, a Nigerian composer. The hymn is always sung during the giving of Holy Communion in Catholic churches.
According to Chordify, the song was templated in a call-and-response manner. The structure is also common with Catholic songs. Whenever the choir sings the lyrics of Abinci Alheri, the congregation responds.
In a related story, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian lady had said she would never marry or have children.
Catholic lady who won't marry non-Catholic
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Catholic lady had declared that she can't marry a non-Catholic and explained why.
She said that there are 24 rites in the Catholic church, and believes true love will find her in one of them. She urged Catholic ladies not to be deceived, saying they should reject any sort of love that would separate them from the Holy Eucharist. Her post partly read:
"Don’t let anyone tell you “don’t loose a good man because he is not catholic” baby girl, their are 24 rites of the Catholic Church. Their are sweet, compassionate, kindhearted, generous catholic men within those rites..."
Joseph Omotayo, the HOD of the Human Interest Desk, contributed to this report, adding details about the Catholic Abinci Alheri Hausa Hymn.
