In a post, @boslanty said the man she later fell in love with did not really capture her attention when they first knew each other.
She said:
"The Story I Never Saw Coming..."
"If someone had told me in 2021 that I'd be marrying him, I would have laughed it off. Why? Because back in school, I was that independent, principled, self-aware "boss lady" who knew exactly what she wanted in a man.
"I wasn't looking for attention and definitely not from any student. I had everything I needed from my lifestyle to my Samsung phones, wardrobe, and peace of mind. Let's just say, at that time, I believed no student could offer me anything I didn't already have."
According to her, the man that has become the love her life was just a cousin to her friend and she really never took him seriously.
However, the young man had other things on his mind as he approached her for a relationship, making it clear he liked her.
She said:
"He was just my friend's cousin a fellow church member. Quiet, respectful, and consistently present. I honestly looked down on him. He was the last person I would have ever thought of... yet, somehow, he was always showing up in my Sunday pictures and dropping subtle captions.
"Still, I paid no mind until one Friday night. He sent me a message that changed everything: "You're not someone I can joke with. I like you... but I don't even know how to explain what I'm feeling." I laughed. You? Asking Boslanty out? The audacity! I challenged him "If you're serious, come and say it to my face tomorrow."

"Congratulations Boslanty and Horlat! I’m so glad this ship is sailing strong. I still remember back in 2022 when someone did aproko and told me you two were dating....it was very unassuming and totally unexpected! Big congratulations to you both. With Jesus in this ship, it will never capsize in Jesus’ name. Amen!"

"This union has come to stay, I celebrate grace, but I have a question, how do you all cope when you hear rumor about someone you love, I’m always gripped with fear and tend to give up easily."

"Those so called independent women are saying that because they haven’t got a man. That’s the truth about it."
