A women's rights advocate, Barrister Adefunke Adewale, who was one of the lawyers that represented Comfort Emmanson, has said her client is in good condition.
Comfort went viral following her physical altercation with crew members of Ibom Air, which was caught on video and shared on social media.

Comfort Emmanson's lawyer recounts day in court
She was later released after she was hurriedly charged in court and remanded in the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
Speaking with BBC News Pidgin, Adefunke recounted that Comfort looked exhausted when she was brought to court and just wanted to return home.
"When they brought her in court that day, she was looking exhausted. She just wanted to go home and rest."
"Comfort is okay. She is doing well. She is in good condition."
Comfort Emmanson's barrister speaks on what's next
According to the barrister who took the case pro bono, Comfort would decide what is next regarding the incident with Ibom Air, as she is an adult.
"If Comfort still chooses to press further civil charges for compensation, she would carry us along. The incident happened on Sunday, on Monday, she was hurriedly charged to court and remanded in Kirikiri and this pained me," the barrister said.
She frowned at how Comfort was handled, wondering if Ibom Air would have treated her the same way if she were a minister or president's child or senator's child.

Ibom Air: Comfort Emmanson's lawyer spills details
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the lawyer of Comfort Emmanson had narrated what transpired on the day her client had a physical altercation with an Ibom Air hostess.
The barrister stated that when it was time to disembark from the plane, the passengers were leaving according to their role, and when it was Comfort’s time to leave, the air hostess blocked her. In her words:
“She was pushed aside for other passengers to pass. Other passengers were wondering why she was still in the aircraft. The woman blocked her way. She vehemently refused Comfort from disembarking from the flight. That was what escalated the matter.”
