The student's proud sister, @idontplay, took to the X platform to share her sibling's outstanding results, which included seven A1s in different subjects.

According to her post, the student also scored 359 in the JAMB examination, with a WAEC result of 7As, 1B, and 1C.

She expressed her desire for her brother to secure a scholarship, stating:

"My little brother also got a 359 in Jamb with WAEC result of 7As 1B and 1C. Tag me to all scholarships related post abeg. That boy is the reall geniuss."

Recall, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) on Monday, August 4, disclosed that young Nigerians who sat the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates can now check their results.

According to an update WAEC shared on its verified X (formerly Twitter) page, the WASSCE 2025 results has officially been released today, Monday, August 4, 2025.

A total of 1,973,253 school candidates registered for the 2025 WAEC examinations. This figure includes 979,228 males and 994,025 females, according to WAEC, with the female candidates slightly outnumbering the males. 1,969,313 candidates sat the examination which was conducted in over 23,000 schools across the country.

Commenting on the story, a Nigerian lady, Angela Smith, said she was also overjoyed after seeing her cousin's result.

In her words:

"My cousin made us proud. Although she had D7 but I think it's a general issue. All other subjects were good. As, Bs, and a few C."
