A video of a young dried fish seller, Ifesinachi Onyekesi, also known as Fish Magnet, in which he begged Nigerians for prayers, has resurfaced after his death.

Punch reported that some assailants abducted Fish Magnet after invading his residence in Ezinifite community, Okpuno, Awka South LGA of Anambra State in a late-night attack and whisked him away in his car.

Fish Magnet called for prayers before death

In the video on his TikTok page, Fish Magnet reacted to a comment from a netizen who said God should protect him so that he wouldn’t be killed.

The netizen said:

“God will be protecting you…Make them no kpai you for us oh.”

In the video posted on May 22, 2025, Fish Magnet replied:

“This price wey I dey crash everyday, e no easy but I dey do am for una. Make una dey pray for me. Nigerians, I need your prayers.
