WAEC 2025: Boy Working as Carpenter Clears His WASSCE With A1 in 6 Subjects
- A Nigerian lady shared a copy of the WAEC result of an intelligent boy who works as a carpenter in Abia state
- The result showed that the boy wrote his WAEC examination at Intrlink Schools, Ugwuachara, Umuahia
- He scored A1 in six subjects, including CRK, economics, general mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics
A lady has praised a young boy who did well in the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
The lady said the boy impressed her, and she went to his workplace to congratulate him.

The result was posted by Allison Josephine Ugochi, and it showed that the student wrote his examination at Intrlink Schools, Ugwuachara, Umuahia, Abia state.
Ugochi said the boy works as a carpenter but still managed to do well in his WAEC.
Her words:
"Am here to surprise my boy who got 6A1’s in his WAEC result at his workplace. The reason he got English C6 is because they took the exam very late in heavy rain, and they came back around 8:20 pm that very day….. me sef was even worried oo exam wey supposed finish early sef buh thank God the result came out nice."

He scored A1 in six subjects, including CRK, economics, general mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics.
Also, he scored C6 in the English language, B2 in civic education and animal husbandry.
Ugochi went to the boy's carpentry workshop to congratulate him on his result.

Man sees unusual information after checking WAEC
Earlier, Legit.ng reported that the West African Examination Council (WAEC) released the results of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Shortly after the examination body made the announcement, an X user attempted to check his own result.
He shared the information that was displayed on his screen, indicating that he did not see the result.
