As soon as he got hold of his daughter's brilliant WAEC result, he posted it on social media.

The WAEC result, posted by Emmanuel Isijola, shows that she passed all nine subjects in flying colours.

The student, Isijola Damilola Best, scored A1 in four subjects, including further mathematics.

A breakdown of the result shows that she scored B3 in data processing, A1 in geography, A1 in civic education, C4 in English language, A1 in further mathematics, B2 in general mathematics, A1 in biology, A1 in chemistry, and B2 in physics.

Candidate returns at night after writing WAEC

The younger girl returned home around 10pm because her examination paper was written late at night.

The lady said she did not understand why youngsters would stay in school up to 10pm in the name of writing WAEC.
