WAEC Results 2025: Science Student Displays His WASSCE Result, Cries Out Over His Grade in English

WAEC made the announcement on Monday, August 4, and many who attempted to check had been sharing their observations.

WAEC wrote:

"The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat WASSCE for School Candidates, 2025 that the result has officially been released today, Monday, August 4, 2025."

Student displays 2025 WASSCE result

In an update, WAEC spoke out about unconfirmed news circulating on social media concerning the cancellation of some results.

It said in the post:

"Kindly ignore any message listing schools whose results were supposedly cancelled. Meanwhile, WAEC will never ask any centre to bring scripts of candidates to the office. Where would they get them from? Do not accept any message that is not on our handles and accredited media."

Replying to WAEC's post, Uchenna, using his X page, @callmikingdav, displayed his WAEC results and lamented over his English grade.

The student showed his full results with each grade for the nine subjects he wrote.

According to the result he displayed, Uchenna had A1 in Marketing and Chemistry; B2 in Civic Education, Biology, Physics, and Computer Studies; B3 in Maths; C5 in Igbo; and D7 in English Language.

Another student who checked hers also recorded her lowest grade in English Language despite having A1 in five subjects.

She showed what she got in the nine subjects she registered in her 2025 WASSCE, and many noticed that her lowest grade was in English.
