The video, which was posted on TikTok, showed the young graduate expressing her gratitude to her mother for her efforts in celebrating the special occasion.

The mother, who is known on TikTok as @sandrasmile01, claimed that she had spent N1 million on her daughter's graduation.

"I spent N1 million on her secondary school graduation. And it was successful," the mother said.

In a video, the daughter expressed heartfelt appreciation for her mother's efforts.

She went on to detail the various expenses her mother had allegedly incurred, including a N400,000 frontal wig, N50,000 for installation, and N30,000 for acrylic nails.

She also mentioned that her gown and shoes had cost a huge amount of money.

In her words:

"Hello guys, this is my mother. I want to thank her publicly for everything. It's actually my graduation and she did everything for me. She got a frontal wig of N400,000 for me, installation N50,000, my acrylic nails N30,000, she's spending a million for my graduation. My gown costs a lot of money and my shoes cost a lot of money.
