A Nigerian man has expressed sadness over the gruesome murder of Ifesinachi Onyekere, an Anambra-born businessman.

Ifesinachi Onyekere, also known as Fish Magnet, was brutally murdered by kidnappers who abducted him from his residence.

The perpetrators reportedly took him from his residence in Ezinifite community, Okpuno, Awka South LGA of Anambra state on Saturday, July 26.

His murder has attracted widespread condemnation from many Nigerians on social media.

One of those who mourned Fish Magnet is a social media influencer, @Mbahdeyforyou, who said the young man was not into scams.

He said Fish Magnet did not steal and was just running his business, and made fish affordable for the poor.
