"This happened to a man when me & my mom were flying back to our home country the man only had medicine and clothes in his bag yet it still was too full so my mom yelled out loud to take stuff from his bag and put it in ours. Everyone took a clothing piece from him and put it in their luggage & the airport security got mad & tried holding us back but there were many people whove already taken some clothing and went through security so they did let the man board the flight and we gave his clothing back in the bus on the way to the plane. It was so beautiful seeing everyone work together and help the man board his flight back home."

"I feel so sorry for her. You’ve got no idea why she’s crying and the reason for the flight. She might be on her way to say goodbye to a family member that’s actively dying etc. There has to be a reason as to why she’s crying."

"This happened to me with Ryanair. I cried as they wanted €75 for a bag I always brought to the UK as carryon without an issue. Now it’s an issue bc the bag scale they use have been altered to become smaller. I used the last of my money to get a last min flight to the UK to see my dying grandmother. I didn’t have €75. The man at the desk said ‘leave the bag and fly or don’t fly at all’ I became very upset and started to cry uncontrollably. One of their staff took me aside and told me he was getting on that plane. I’m still grateful to that young man. I was able to spend the last 7 days with her before she passed away in front of me. People need to have more compassion and not be driven by a commission."
