Yul Edochie, a Nigerian movie star, has found himself on the trends table after he went online to post about traditionalism and the Igbo gods.
Previously, the Nigerian actor publicly embraced a role as a preacher, establishing True Salvation Ministry and conducting live broadcasts on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

He has spoken about his calling to be a minister of God, stating that he believes he was given a second chance after an accident to touch lives through his ministry.
According to Yul, who had previously declared himself a pastor, saying God ordained him to be a traditional worshipper.
In his recent post, the father of five stated that the Igbo ancestors are our guardian angels and urged fans to activate them by practicing the religion. His tweet ignited backlash online, as fans refused to support his movement
Yul Edochie wrote on Twitter:
"Our ancestors are our guardian angels. The spirits in Igbo Land, Mmuo Ojukwu, Ogwugwu, Udo, Akpu, etc are our own Angel Gabriel, Angel Michael, Raphael, etc. Activate them by practising (Omenaani) & watch them fight your battles. Anyone planning your downfall will go down."

Recall, actor Yul Edochie resumed his pastoral work on Sunday, June 16, and he focused on preaching against adultery.
The movie star advised men against having private moments with married women and revealed the repercussions.
His message got to netizens who criticised him, while some felt he was referring to men flocking around his first wife, May.
