The recording, which captures KWAM 1's voice recounting his confrontation with ValueJet employees, has sparked a new public debate and polarised opinions on social media.

In the clip, KWAM 1 claimed that he wasn’t feeling well and needed to bring a flask of water on board due to a medical issue.

He recalled his interaction with airline authorities, citing unfair treatment and detailing how the incident developed when he was denied boarding the flight.

“I am a patient. I needed this water every second,” he said.

KWAM 1 talked about how he embarrassed himself by spilling the contents of the flask down a ValueJet employee's face, claiming it was water.

KWAM 1 denies any wrongdoing

Legit.ng earlier reported that KWAM 1 spoke out following accusations of misconduct during a boarding process for a ValueJet flight.

In a statement, the veteran performer insisted that, contrary to media reports, he was the victim, not the aggressor, in the now-public incident.

According to Kwam 1’s camp, it turned out to be nothing more than plain drinking water handed to him while at the lounge.
