It was a moment of celebration for popular content creator and comedian De General, whose real name is Joshua Sunday, as he attained a new height in his martial arts training.
On Sunday, August 17, De General shared adorable pictures in martial arts outfit while enjoying an Asian meal.

Legit.ng recalls reporting that De General made headlines after he fulfilled his lifelong dream by becoming a Shaolin student, which involved undertaking the study of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, alongside training in Kung Fu, Qi Gong, and other traditional Shaolin arts.
The content creator, who disclosed he was now a Shifu, also showed his unique hairstyle associated with his new rank.
"To make something special, you just have to believe it is special. SHIFU 🥋," he wrote.
Shifu is a Chinese term that generally means master, teacher, or skilled professional. It's a term of respect, often used for those who have achieved a high level of skill or expertise in a particular craft or trade.
In Chinese martial arts, "Shifu" specifically refers to the master or teacher of a martial arts school.
