It hasn’t been long since singer Davido and his wife Chioma tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Miami, but the music star is already making headlines for a vow he made.
Legit.ng earlier reported that the ceremony was attended by top dignitaries, including Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote.
Before the event, the Unavailable crooner, who has multiple baby mamas, had publicly declared his commitment to remaining faithful to Chioma.

The pledge has now caught the attention of many, including media personality Shade Ladipo.
Reacting via her Instagram stories, Shade Ladipo admitted she believes Davido truly means every word of his promise.
She stated:
“I believe Davido when he says he’s never going to cheat again. In his heart of heart, I actually believe that he doesn’t want to ever cheat again. “But it’s one thing to believe and another thing to do. Sexual discipline is a journey.”
She encouraged Nigerians to keep Davido in their prayers as he embarks on this new chapter, stressing that the will to resist temptation often needs more than just determination.
She added:
“Let’s pray for Davido and I love him. I love the love he has with Chioma. God will help you sir. That’s all I can tell you…"

Davido warns smoking friends during wedding
Legit.ng earlier reported that while Davido's wedding was already making headlines for its glamour, one particular clip from the festivities became the internet’s latest talking point.
In the now-viral footage, the singer is seen hanging out with his inner circle, his cousin Bred, rapper Zlatan, and a few other close friends.
The group appeared to be enjoying themselves, with some caught in the middle of smoking. From a distance, the music star spotted his father, Dr Deji Adeleke, making his way towards them. Without missing a beat, the singer sent out a warning.
