Recall that there have been claims that K1 behaved inappropriately during a boarding incident on Tuesday, August 5, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
There was also a viral video of the Fuji singer narrowly avoiding being run over by the plane as it took off while he was trying to prevent them from flying.

"In the case of KWAM 1, the NCAA is to reduce his flight ban to a one-month period. FAAN will also work with the music star with a view to engaging him as an ambassador for proper airport security protocol going forward."

This new development also follows the situation with Ibom Air, where a passenger, Ms. Comfort Emmanson, on the Ibom Airline on Sunday, the 10th of August, 2025, was humiliated by the staff of the aircraft following her altercation with the air hostess.
Keyamo also stated that Comfort will be released from Kirikiri Prisons within this week.
