Isaac Fayose, brother of ex-governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, has sent an open message to the Lagos state government on how to benefit from Detty December.
Legit.ng reports that Detty December refers to the festive period at the end of the year in Nigeria, which normally lasts from mid-December to the New Year.
It's a time for bright festivities, social gatherings, and parties as many Nigerians travel home to rejoice with family and friends.

The businessman claimed that Detty December is now Lagos' export and argued that the occasion can bring in 2 billion dollars in revenue into the state in one year via tourism.
He highlighted that the greatest exports of the state were Afrobeats musicians like Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, as well as popular personalities like Iyabo Ojo and Peller.
Isaac Fayose urged the government to leverage the spotlight by attracting global companies like Facebook, Google, and Spotify to build offices near Nigerian celebrities.
Sharing the video online, he wrote:
“Lagos state government can make 2 billion dollars from Hall of fame city in a year!!!
"How can you have plenty of superstars in Lagos and not make billions of dollars from them?
"Detty December is already make waves in the world 🌍 why can’t Lagos state government capitalize on this to build a dummy city 🌆 to celebrate our human export ….???”

Isaac Fayose drags Cubana Chiefpriest
