He insisted that Iyabo Ojo agreed to publicly apologize in a bid to clear Naira Marley's name, but she did otherwise.
Iyabo Ojo, on the other hand, did a live video, explaining her side of things, which slightly contradicted VDM's claims. This resulted in a back-and-forth, including Naira Marley throwing shades online.
Weighing into the matter, Daniel Regha dug up an old tweet from the late singer, where he lamented about the way he was being treated in the Marlian house
As at 2022, a year before he died, he wrote:
"The events of the last two days have left indelible scars in my heart. I have always just wanted to create good music and to provide for my family and myself through my music. As an Artiste from the street, I thought the Marlian Family would be a good place for me."

Daniel, further, dug up another tweet that read:
"Just because I want to change my manager which is their brother, see what they did to me at Marlian House."

Regha noted that with the above evinces against the Marian gang, the case will not be whitewashed.

But you want to remove attention from the main question, what happened in that house prior to his death? You have clearly been paid to steer attention away. Na gullible people wey no fit think I pity."

"I keep telling those who care to listen that any man who sucked his fellow man’s d*ck because of hunger can do anything. This is a clear case that your VDM is using to chase his usual clout, and someone who calls himself a human being cannot wear his thinking cap and see that boy for whom he is."

"If mohbad committed su*cide or died from an injury he had sustained as a result of been beaten up or bullied, that is when Naira and his team would be held accountable. But dude was fine got home and never got out alive. How is his death a related to the abuse and bullies??"
