Guccy Branch Cries Out After Narrowly Escaping New Arrest: "You Dey Fresh With Sapa Content"

Guccy Branch, a known associate of Nigerian artistes Naira Marley and Zlatan, has raised concerns on social media after narrowly escaping an attempted arrest by the police .
In a video shared via his Instagram page, Guccy, who initially didn't know the identity of the personnel behind the act, recounted the tense moment he was suddenly approached by unidentified men in a car while at his place of work.

According to him, the men, who did not wear any identifiable uniforms, stormed the venue unexpectedly. Sensing danger, Guccy said he quickly fled the scene to avoid being apprehended, as he had no idea who the individuals were or their intentions.
He further revealed that one of his brothers was taken away during the incident, although he is still unclear about who was behind it.
Visibly distressed, Guccy stated that the unidentified men tore his clothes in the process, and he lost his slippers while running. He emphasised that he is not involved in any criminal activity and does not understand why anyone would be tracking or targeting him.
He said he has since stopped calling people out and is trying to stay out of sight, warning that if he suddenly disappears from the internet, it may be because he has been taken by the men.

Police attempts to arrest Guccy Branch
In a follow-up video, Guccy Branch revealed that it was the police who came for him. According to him, they were sent by the estate chairman, who fumed over the fact that he used an Army uniform to shoot a video.
He affirmed that he was given a condition to delete the video from his page before his brother would be released, which he has done.

Speaking further, Guccy made an emotional appeal to his fans and fellow Nigerians. He pleaded for support, asking for opportunities to earn an honest living through skits, handiwork, or any legitimate work.
Appearing disheartened, he emphasised that his current situation is dire and begged for love and assistance from the public.
