Nollywood actor in the Yoruba movie genre, Kazeem Abimbola Ibrahim, better known as Jigan Babaoja, has lost a multimillion-naira ambassadorial deal with Rods Hotel and Apartment over his involvement in the controversial WhatsApp group chat.

The actor was named among the celebrities 'pretending' to seek justice for the late singer Ilerioluwa Imoloe Aloba, aka Mohbad.

He was called out by social media activist Verydarkman (VDM) over his role in the group, and Jigan responded, leading to a back-and-forth between the two.

In a post seen online, Rods Hotel and Apartment announced that its partnership with Jigan as the hotel's ambassador has been terminated.

In a statement released by the company, it emphasized that it stands for integrity, justice, and the rule of law.
