According to local authorities who talked with ABC News, the actor died on Sunday after drowning while swimming off the shore in Costa Rica.

According to Costa Rican National Police, the body of Warner was located near Cocles, a beach in Limon province. He was reportedly caught in a strong current, and his official cause of death is suffocation.
