FCT, Abuja - The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the commencement of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to Direct Entry (DE) conversion.
JAMB said the UTME to DE conversion is available at its Professional Registration Centres (PRCs) nationwide.

“This is to notify all interested candidates that UTME to DE conversion has commenced. The service is available at our Professional Registration Centres (PRCs) nationwide. All 2025 UTME candidates with higher qualifications suitable for Direct Entry (DE) should please take note.”

@JAMBHQ, I went to the JAMB office in Port Harcourt, and I stayed there from morning till past 3pm just to upload my results and do a change of course, only for them to tell me that it hasn't started for direct entry candidates. Why all this frustration? Are we not humans? 😭😭

I am a pharmacy technician who wants to convert my JAMB to DE, but due to the issue of our school, I don't know if that can be possible, because it's just two years the our school registered with the JAMB board... If there's any assistance please @JAMBHQ help me confirm that.

JAMB speaks on conversion of UTME to DE
Recall that JAMB have a fresh update about the conversion of UTME to DE.
The board said It will announce the commencement date for UTME to DE conversion as soon as it commences the process.
The examination body informed candidates that it has not commenced the UTME to DE conversion.
JAMB sends message to 2024 DE applicants
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) sent an important and crucial message to 2024 Direct Entry (DE) applicants.
The examination board said the service for the change of institution/course is now available for interested DE applicants.
